Gulf Shores / Orange Beach, Ala. – While operations have trended down this past week, the airport is open and fully operational. FBO’s at Jack Edwards National are operating at normal hours with full staffing and providing full service as usual. The airport continues to monitor coronavirus (COVID -019) and is in constant contact with federal, state and local officials to coordinate any necessary response.
Scott Fuller, Airport Manager, stated “all projects including the new Air Traffic Control facility are preceding along schedule and we do not expect any delays”.
Additionally, the airport has substantial parking space available for idled fleets up to B-737 design.
